Southern Gifts and Prints Return and Exchange Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

By placing an order through the Southern Gifts and Prints website you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to domestic USA countries.

At Southern Gifts & Prints, we are a family-owned, customer-first company, and we strive to provide the best quality products with a seamless experience for you. Still, sometimes things happen, so if there's anything wrong with the item you have received, we will do our best to quickly fix the issue. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you have discovered our fault, please take pictures or video of the defected, or broken product received by you and attach them to the initial email with an explanation and send within 7 days of receiving your order to team@southerngiftsandprints.com. We cannot issue refunds if you do not provide proof of damage or manufacturer's defect, or if you do not contact us concerning the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.

WARNING: Personalized products are one of a kind and have been manufactured only for you. We can not exchange or refund any customized products under any circumstances unless the product has a manufacturer's defect.

We ship orders quickly, but during busy shopping seasons, carrier delays can occur and are out of our control. We will work with you to provide transit updates and provide a quick refund or replacement if the shipment is confirmed to be lost or damaged during transit. 

If a return is approved, please consider that all the shipping expenses for returning the item remain the responsibility of the customer as well as a 15% restocking fee as required by the manufacturers we partner with. Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method you used when placing your order. The returned product must not be used and should be sent to us in its original packaging

Please write “RETURNED ITEM” on the packaging so that certain misunderstandings could be avoided.

If your item arrived damaged or defective and you have been given a refund, return of the defective item will not be necessary.
